Non-Smoking Hotel / Contractual Fine
The Opera Hotel is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.

Violations constitute a breach of contract. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge a flat fine of €200, payable by check-out.
Additional costs (e.g., fire service fees triggered by smoke detectors) will be charged to the responsible guest.

This policy is part of our house rules and is acknowledged upon check-in.

Check-Out Times

• Monday to Friday: by 11:00 AM (local time)

• Saturday & Sunday: by 12:00 PM (local time)

Late check-out fees:

• Up to 1 hour: €10

• Up to 2 hours: €20

• Over 4 hours: cost of an additional night

These regulations are part of our house rules and are accepted with the completion of the accommodation contract. Payment is due at check-out.
