Opening Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Location: 2nd Floor (turn right out of the elevator)

Late Check-Out Fees

Official check-out times must be observed, but if you need a little extra time, the following extensions are available based on availability:

• Up to 1 hour: €10

• Up to 2 hours: €20

• Over 4 hours: Full cost of an additional night

Please note: Late check-outs are subject to occupancy and must be requested and confirmed with the front desk in advance.

Early Check-In

Official check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, as it depends on other guests' departure times. If a room is ready early and you choose to check in ahead of schedule, the following conditions apply:

• Fee: 10€ per hour for checking in before 3:00 PM.

• Luggage Room: If your room isn't ready yet, you are welcome to store your bags in the storage room for free.

These regulations are part of our house rules and are accepted with the completion of the accommodation contract. Payment is due at check-out.
